Coaches

Christopher Dormeier

Christopher is a Research Associate at Entrepreneurship Hub. Prior to his employment at TU Braunschweig and Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, he received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. industrial engineering focusing on mechanical engineering from TU Braunschweig. He then worked as a Visiting Researcher at UC Berkeley’s Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (SCET).

Christopher is the coordinator of the federally funded Exist Project “Intekno – International Entrepreneurship”.

His current research focus, therefore, lays on Business Model Innovation in the context of circular economy, product-service-systems and digitalization through collaboration. Hereby, he engages engineering methods such as system of systems engineering and modeling approaches. Besides the development of new business models, methods and tools to support start-ups and SMEs, the contextual factors are of high relevance within his research. This so called Entrepreneurial Ecosystem determines the emergence and successful development of companies.

Mathis Vetter

Mathis Vetter studied Law and Human Resource Management (LL.B.) at Ostfalia University for Applied Science and is now closing his graduation in Technology-oriented Management (M.Sc.) at TU Braunschweig with main focus on Marketing and Industrial Engineering. He gained experience as student consultant for various SMEs in Brunswick as well as consulting companies like Kienbaum and Capgemini Invent in the areas of process management, lean production, leadership and industry 4.0. In research he focusses on determinants for entrepreneurship ecosystems and future business models.

Leonhard Voß

Leonhard Voß is pursuing his Ph.D. at the Entrepreneurship Hub in the field of digital business transformation in SMEs. He graduated in Technology-oriented Management (M.Sc.) at TU Braunschweig and holds a double Bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Procurement Engineering (B.Eng.) as well as in Logistics Management (B.Mgmt.) of the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel and CDHAW of Tongji University Shanghai. He has start-up experience from when he was in high school and founded an IT company. His core competencies are in digital business models, value proposition design, and industrial engineering. 

Moritz Birkelbach

Moritz Birkelbach studied industrial engineering (B.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences Wedel, at the Dogus University Istanbul and at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen. He completed his master’s degree in technology-oriented management (M.Sc.) at the Technical University of Braunschweig, focusing on mechanical engineering as well as marketing and innovation management.
During his studies, he worked for Volkswagen AG and the Center for Performance Management GmbH, among others. Moritz also worked as a lecturer for marketing management at the Teutloff Academy in adult education.During his studies, he was able to collect founding experience at various start-ups ranging from college clothing and accessories to pet food.
Since March 2014 he has been working at the Entrepreneurship Hub and since July 2020 he has been a research assistant in the externally funded project EXIST-Potentiale “International überzeugen”. In this project he is responsible for online incubation.

Matthias Liedtke

Matthias Liedtke has been working as a research assistant in the field of teaching and research at the Entrepreneurship Hub since 2019. From 2013 – 2019 he worked in international projects at the German Center for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (Deutsches Zentrum für Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsforschung).
He completed his bachelor’s degree in International Business Management (BBA) at the Assumption University of Thailand in Bangkok. He earned his master’s degree in Economic Geography (M.A.) at Leibniz University Hannover. Matthias Liedtke is aiming for a doctorate in the field of entrepreneurial ecosystems. His core competencies lie in the areas of startup ecosystems and business model generation.
